The Jewelry Hut 30 Days Return Policy
The Jewelry Hut takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise and are confident that upon receipt of your purchase order, you will find it completely matches your expectations. If, however, you decide to return your purchase item, we will gladly refund, replace, or exchange any unused item within 30 days from the original date of the shipment. The Jewelry Hut cannot accept any item for return after the 30 days period.
To return an item, please follow the procedures as shown on our “Return Policy” Page.
1) Obtain a Return Authorization Code. Notify The Jewelry Hut Customer service via direct E-mail “[email protected]. One of our customer service representative will contact you with a code number. Write this number on the Return Form provided with the original package and on the package under your return address.
2) Repackage the item with its original packaging as securely as possible. Repack your item with the original security tag intact (The Jewelry Hut will not accept any item with its security tag removed) and the original Diamond with any certificate, if appropriate. There is a minimum fee of $350.00 to replace the GIA or other Diamond or Gemstone Certificate. Please remember to E-mail The Jewelry Hut, the Package ID Number or Tracking Number and the date of shipping and shipping company carrier. Do not use soft side package, package, or envelope for packing. The Jewelry Hut will refuse to accept the delivered package in this condition.
3) Ship The Package. You may ship the package to The Jewelry Hut by either UPS or FedEx. We recommend you to use UPS or FedEx for return shipment, because it enable us to tract the package in case of loss or delay. Insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. The Jewelry Hut is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the shipping.
4) Name and Address. Please make sure that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package with the Return Authorization Code, and send it to:
A self-addressed Return Label will be provided.
Please note that the package is not addressed to “The Jewelry Hut”. For security purpose, we do not want the word “diamond”, “Jewelry”, or any other high value related word written on the exterior of the package.
5) Refunds. Your account will be credited within 7 - 14 business days after The jewelry Hut receive the package. Once your return item is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Staffs. You will receive an E-mail notification regarding your return or exchange within 2 - 5 business days.
We will deduct the shipping cost and refund the balance for the returned jewelry piece.
Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or noninsured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized by a jeweler other than The jewelry Hut, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
6) Customized Jewelry Refunds. All custom jewelry items sold are final. The Jewelry Hut does not refund for any customized jewelry items.
7) Special promotional jewelry sale. All jewelry items offered for sale on special promotion are final and will not be accepted for return. 8) Items purchased under $250 are not refundable
